By accessing, browsing, or using MarketsEasy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MarketsEasy.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using MarketsEasy, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

MarketsEasy is an information and analytics platform. Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or financial instrument.

All AI-generated analysis, trading ideas, option-chain interpretations, sentiment scores, and signals are produced by automated systems and may be incorrect, delayed, incomplete, or based on stale data.

We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor (RIA) or research analyst (RA). Trade only after your own due diligence and, ideally, in consultation with a SEBI-registered professional.

• Trading equities, futures, and options carries substantial risk of loss.
• You may lose your entire invested capital and, in leveraged products such as F&O, more than your initial margin.
• Past performance does not predict future results. Backtests, simulations, and historical signals are not guarantees.
• Liquidity, volatility, and market microstructure can cause slippage, gaps, and unexpected losses — especially around expiry, news events, or thin instruments.
• You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting losses.

Market data, news, and option-chain information on the Service is aggregated from third-party sources including (but not limited to) NSE, Yahoo Finance, Google Finance, and broker APIs. We make commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate, timely data, but:

• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
• Data may be delayed by 15+ minutes
• Indicative quotes can differ from your broker terminal
• Calculations such as PCR, Max Pain, and OI shifts are heuristic and may not reflect the views of any specific market participant

Always verify critical numbers against your broker terminal before placing a trade.

Some features require sign-in via Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure
• Maintain the security of the Google account used to sign in (use a strong password and 2-step verification)
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account or use another person's account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, market manipulation, insider trading, or fraud
• Scrape, mass-export, mirror, or republish data, AI outputs, or content from the Service without our written permission
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limits, authentication, security, or other technical measures
• Use bots, crawlers, or automated agents to access the Service except via documented public APIs
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third-party rights
• Misrepresent your affiliation with MarketsEasy or any other person or entity

The Service may offer optional integrations with brokers such as Upstox or Kotak Neo. If you choose to connect a broker:

• You authorize us to read market data via the broker's API solely to enhance features for you
• We do not place orders, transfer funds, or modify holdings on your behalf
• You may revoke access at any time through your broker's portal
• We are not responsible for actions, downtime, errors, or fees of any third-party broker

The MarketsEasy name, logo, original blog posts, AI prompt designs, UI/UX design, code, and assembled product are our property or licensed to us. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Third-party data and news headlines remain the property of their respective owners.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or other content via the contact form or other channels, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate that content into the Service without obligation to you.

The Service may link to third-party websites, news sources, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Linking does not imply endorsement.

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketsEasy and its operators, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to:

• Trading losses, missed opportunities, or lost profits
• Loss of data, goodwill, or reputational harm
• Service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in data or AI outputs
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MarketsEasy and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including breach of these Terms or suspected misuse. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via the contact page.

Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
