Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plain-English rules for MarketsEasy paid plans. Last updated: 16 July 2026.

1. What you are buying

Paid plans on MarketsEasy (Starter and Pro) are prepaid 30-day digital passes that unlock higher daily usage of our software features, such as AI-assisted analytics. Each pass is a one-time payment processed securely through our payment gateway (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Passes are not recurring subscriptions — there is no auto-debit, no e-mandate, and nothing that charges you again automatically.

2. Cancellation

Because passes never auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel. Your plan simply remains active until its end date (shown on your Billing page and in your purchase receipt email), after which your account returns to the Free plan automatically. You keep all your data — watchlists, journal and history — on every plan.

3. When refunds are given

We issue a full refund in these cases:
  • You were charged but your plan was not activated, and we cannot activate it within 48 hours of your report.
  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment).
  • Any other verified payment error on our or our payment partner's side.

If you bought the wrong plan by mistake, contact us within 48 hours of purchase — if the pass is materially unused, we will switch the plan or refund the difference at our discretion.

Beyond these cases, passes are non-refundable once activated. The Free plan exists so you can evaluate every feature before paying.

4. Failed or pending payments

If money was debited but the payment failed, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank or payment provider, typically within 5–7 business days. If it does not arrive in that window, contact us with your payment reference and we will follow it up with the payment gateway.

5. How to request a refund

Email marketseasy.dev@gmail.com (or use the contact form) from your registered email with your payment ID — it is in your receipt email and on your Billing page. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the version published on this page applies to new purchases. Changes never remove refund rights from a purchase you have already made.
