Refund & Cancellation Policy

3. When refunds are given
- You were charged but your plan was not activated, and we cannot activate it within 48 hours of your report.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment).
- Any other verified payment error on our or our payment partner's side.
If you bought the wrong plan by mistake, contact us within 48 hours of purchase — if the pass is materially unused, we will switch the plan or refund the difference at our discretion.
Beyond these cases, passes are non-refundable once activated. The Free plan exists so you can evaluate every feature before paying.
