Most loading issues are transient — a data source rate-limiting for a moment, or the market being closed. Here is how to tell what is happening and fix it.

Everything looks empty or “OFF”

If a tool shows empty cards or data-source badges reading OFF, the upstream feeds (or AI providers) were briefly unavailable. Click Refresh — it usually clears on the next attempt. During heavy market opens, feeds can rate-limit for a few seconds.

Live prices are not moving

  • Check whether the market is open — prices only tick during NSE hours (9:15 AM–3:30 PM IST).
  • Make sure auto-refresh (LIVE) is enabled on tools that support it.
  • Note that polling pauses when the browser tab is hidden, to save data — switch back to the tab to resume.

Some tools show a “Market Closed” snapshot outside hours instead of live intraday cards. That is expected, not an error.

An AI feature will not respond

If an AI tool stops working, first check whether you have hit your daily AI limit — the message will say so, and you can see your usage on the Billing page. If you have quota left and it still fails, the AI providers may be briefly busy; wait a moment and try again.
