Finding your receipts
A receipt email lands in your inbox the moment a payment succeeds. Your full payment history — with dates, plan, amount and payment ID — is on the Billing & plan page.

Cancellation
Because passes never auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel. Your plan stays active until its end date, after which the account simply returns to the free plan. You keep all your data on every plan.
When refunds apply
We issue a full refund for payment errors — a charge with no plan activated, a duplicate charge, or any verified payment-side error. If you bought the wrong plan by mistake, contact us within 48 hours. Beyond these cases, activated passes are non-refundable; the free plan exists so you can evaluate everything before paying.
