MarketsEasy has an unusual split: all the market data and analytics are free forever, and you only ever pay for more AI. Here is exactly where that line sits so you know what you are getting.

What a paid plan adds
Paid plans change exactly one thing: your daily AI allowance. The free plan gives 3 AI answers a day; Starter gives 25; Pro removes the cap. Everything above stays free on every plan.
What counts as one AI query
A query is one freshly generated AI answer, and it is only counted when it succeeds. These each cost one query:
- A chat message or an Ask MarketsEasy question
- A new AI trade plan from the Trading Assistant
- An AI stock analysis or watchlist review
- An OI summary, option-contract analysis, Gamma Blast or What-If run
Browsing never costs a query — pages, live data, the option chain, screeners, news and calculators are all unmetered. Recently generated results served from cache (for example re-opening the trading assistant on the same symbol within a few minutes) are free too.
One thing to know: the AI Trading Assistant generates a plan automatically when you open it, so that first load on a symbol counts as one query (unless a fresh cached result is available).
When your quota resets
Your AI allowance runs on a rolling 24-hour window — each query frees up again 24 hours after you use it. You can always see how many queries you have used on the Billing & plan page, and the AI chat header shows your remaining count live.

What counts as an AI query on MarketsEasy?
One freshly generated AI answer that succeeds — a chat reply, an Ask MarketsEasy answer, a new AI trade plan, a stock analysis, a watchlist review, an OI summary, an option analysis, a Gamma Blast or a What-If run. Browsing, live data, screeners and calculators are never counted.
When does my AI quota reset?
Queries free up on a rolling 24-hour basis rather than all at once — each one becomes available again exactly 24 hours after you used it. Your cap depends on your plan (3 on Free, 25 on Starter, 100 on Pro).
Does opening the AI Trading Assistant cost a query?
Yes — it auto-generates a trade plan when you open it, so the first load on a symbol counts as one query. If a plan for that symbol was generated very recently, it is served from cache and costs nothing.
