Payment and activation issues

Payments on MarketsEasy are designed to fail safe — if anything goes wrong, your money is protected. Here is what to do in each case.
Money deducted but plan not active
First, refresh the Billing & plan page — activation usually happens within a minute, and it can complete in the background even if you closed the tab. If it still shows the free plan after a few minutes, contact support with your payment ID (found in your receipt email) and we will activate it or refund you.
Our system re-checks every payment server-side, so a plan can activate automatically even if the checkout window was closed before it finished.
Failed or pending payment
If money was debited but the payment failed, it is automatically reversed by your bank or payment provider, usually within 5–7 business days. If it does not arrive in that window, contact us with the payment reference and we will follow it up.
Duplicate charge
Duplicate charges are always refunded in full. Send us both payment IDs and we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Checkout will not open
- Refresh the page and try again — the payment widget loads on demand.
- Disable any aggressive ad/script blocker for the site, which can block the payment script.
- Try a different browser or device if it persists.
